This is to inform the public that the Environment Protection Department is in the process of reviewing the draft Terms of Reference [“TOR”] of the Special Environmental Impact Assessment (SEIA) report for the “Proposed Bund Construction For The New Reclamation On Part Of C.L 025347059, C.L 025347040 And L.A 2018020357 At Lok Kawi, Papar District, Sabah”.
Members of the Public are invited to give their written comments on the draft TOR of the SEIA report from 06 December 2021 to 23 December 2021.
