This is to inform the public that the Environment Protection Department is in the process of reviewing the draft Terms of Reference [“TOR”] of the Special Environmental Impact Assessment (SEIA) report for the “Proposed Integrated Lobster Aquaculture Park (iLAP) in Semporna, Sabah by Lobster Aqua Technologies Sdn. Bhd.”
Members of the Public are invited to give their written comments on the draft TOR of the SEIA report from 03 March 2014 to 20 March 2014.
