Our services are as follows:<\/h3>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #5e5e51;\">1. Environmental Screening of Proposed Development Activities and Extraction of Natural Resources<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div data-id=\"_nm0KSPPz\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-id=\"_Orl6hwvR\"><span style=\"font-size: 95%;\">Conduct environmental screening of proposed development activities and extraction of natural resources, and provide environmental inputs to the relevant authorities or project proponents within one (1) month from the date of receipt of complete information or documents on the proposed activities.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"_qaQP6rvk _oQGnCba9\" data-id=\"_oQGnCba9\"><span class=\"_VWvqNvR9 _KXGEHzAo _3JdPm85O\" data-id=\"_KXGEHzAo\" data-name=\"title\">2. Implementation of the <span style=\"font-size: 110%;\">Environmental<\/span> Impact Assessment (EIA) System\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<h5 class=\"_qaQP6rvk _z9ajClgd\" data-id=\"_z9ajClgd\"><span class=\"_VWvqNvR9 _x1a4H541 _3JdPm85O\" data-id=\"_x1a4H541\" data-name=\"title\">i. Processing of Terms of Reference (TOR) of the EIA<\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"_7XqAY8_A _JrLQhQdr\" data-id=\"_JrLQhQdr\"><span class=\"_VWvqNvR9 _7NLEhqJ8 _ZGwmb_O6\" style=\"font-size: 95%;\" data-id=\"_7NLEhqJ8\" data-name=\"text\">\u2013 Evaluate Terms of Reference for Normal EIA and deliver a decision within twenty one (21) working days from the date of receipt of the TOR.<br \/>\u2013 Evaluate Terms of Reference for Special EIA and deliver a decision within sixty one (61) working days from the date of receipt of the TOR.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"_qaQP6rvk _ar4nC_w9\" data-id=\"_ar4nC_w9\"><span class=\"_VWvqNvR9 _AoYGHEzX _3JdPm85O\" data-id=\"_AoYGHEzX\" data-name=\"title\">ii. Processing of EIA Report<\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"_7XqAY8_A _LryGh2mr\" data-id=\"_LryGh2mr\"><span class=\"_VWvqNvR9 _j_pgh6LV _ZGwmb_O6\" style=\"font-size: 95%;\" data-id=\"_j_pgh6LV\" data-name=\"text\">\u2013 Evaluate a Normal EIA Report and deliver a decision based on the type of the activity within twenty five (25) or forty (40) working days from the date of receipt of the report.<br \/>\u2013 Evaluate a Special EIA Report and deliver a decision within ninety one (91) working days from the date of receipt of the report.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"_qaQP6rvk _VdbNComd\" data-id=\"_VdbNComd\"><span class=\"_VWvqNvR9 _xobEHK51 _3JdPm85O\" data-id=\"_xobEHK51\" data-name=\"title\">3. Investigation of Environmental Complaints\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"_7XqAY8_A _QZ2lh4mr\" data-id=\"_QZ2lh4mr\"><span class=\"_VWvqNvR9 _rV2Jh2R_ _ZGwmb_O6\" style=\"font-size: 95%;\"
